As the infant continued to cry, the caregiver grabbed the infant roughly, moving the infant in and out of the crib. It was also found that the caregiver grabbed the victim and moved the victim across the room.

As a result, she mishandled an 8-month-old infant, leading to multiple bruises on the child. Specifically, She grabbed the child and improperly lifted the infant by one arm.
