During inspection it was observed that there was a dead roach on the floor, and spider webs on the sink counter. Dust was observed on the floor of the toddler restroom. In the school age room dust and dead insects were observed on the corner of the floor. The trash can in the prek room is being used to dispense food, did not have a lid, making the contents accessible to children. In classroom 1 it was observed that there was an a live insect crawling on the wall. In classroom 2 it was observed that there were webs on the corner of the walls, and by the fire extinguisher. It was observed in classroom 2 in the closet had dust, dead insects and trash observed on the floor. In classroom 2 it was observed that there were dead insects on the floor by the exit door. In classroom 3 it was the window seals were observed with dust. In classroom 3 it was observed that the vent was observed with dust.
