There are many things on the floor near the corner of the family room accessible to children in care. 2/There is a blue cable conneting from the family room to the bedroom 2 posing harzard. Note : corrected. The caregiver removed all of them out of children's reach to the laudry room. The caregiver will keep this door closed and cleaning supplies up and out of children's reach at all time. 3/There are too much dirt on the vent cover on the wall from the hall way accessible to children.
