During an unannounced inspection, the electrical outlet in the preschool classroom was observed to have the cover plate removed, exposing the area around and behind the outlet. This outlet is on the lower part of the wall and is easily accessible to the children.

Any use of screen time is prohibited with children under 2 years of age. The Director removed the television from the classroom, so this was corrected during the inspection.
