I observed six children seated in a highchair table with safety belts and none of the safety belts were fastened. Two seat were missing safety belts and one seats safety belt was missing the clasp. This was corrected when licensing staff asked for the children to be removed from the seats and children were seated at an age appropriate table and chair set.

During the walk through I observed diaper changing procedures and the caregiver did not wash the child hands after changing them. This was corrected when CCR staff informed caregiver that the child's hand must be washed after each diaper change.

This caregiver did have a co-teacher, however the co-teacher was inside of the classroom and not outside with the class. This class was over ratio by 5 children in a ratio that should have been 1/18, with a specficied age of 4 years old.
