There were also two storage cabinets in the bathrooms that were a falling hazard and needed to be secured to the walls. On the playground the tarp was also coming up from under the loose fill, presenting a potential tripping hazard.

The baseboards were separating or missing from the wall in the 2-3 year-old classroom. A portion of a wall in the 2-3 year-old classroom needed to be cleaned as stains were visible.
