A caregiver did not exhibit good judgment when separating two children who were fighting over toys and putting one of them into a dark closet to speak to them and calm them down. The caregiver also did not exhibit good judgment when sitting the toddler aged child on a stack of cots in the closet as the child could have gotten injured by falling off or trying to get down. The caregiver did not think to call for assistance.
