During investigation inspection it was observed a classroom of six children were left unsupervised when a caregiver left the room to take a plate to the kitchen. I also observed a three year old child running down the hall and entering the after school room by himself. The after school caregiver had to call the toddler/pre-k teacher to get the child from the room.
