You must receive notification from the CBCU that the subject of a background check is eligible, eligible with conditions or provisionally eligible with conditions before allowing the subject to be present at your operation. An administrative openalty in the amount of 100% of the daily maximum per HRC 42.078 will be recommended as a result of this citation. Operation must immediately remove the person from the operation until eligibility has been determine.
