- Critical
During a DFPS investigation, it was determined that fifth grade school aged children were left in charge of the younger children, with no adult supervision. In addition, caregivers did not communicate with each other as to which children were granted permission to use the restroom. This resulted in caregivers being unaware of which children were out of the classroom area, which in turn resulted in children engaging in inappropriate behaviors in the restroom.
