According to minimum standards, one caregiver can supervise only these four infants. However, there were also four additional children aged 18 months to 4 years, and three more children aged 5 years and up.The caregiver was over ratio by caring for 7 additinal children alone. A second caregiver arrived just a few minutes after I began my inspection, bringing the operation into compliance with ratio standards.
