This was corrected when duct tape was placed over the nails and screws. Observed an outside door that was rotted at the bottom and splintered. Observed brown water stains in the kitchen, classroom and bathroom areas. Observed a baseboard coming off the wall in a classroom.

Observed a 3 month old infant being fed in a rocking seat while the teacher held the bottle to the infants mouth. This was corrected when Licensing told the caregiver that infants 6 months and younger and any infant who cannot hold their own bottle must be held to be fed. The infant was taken out of the rocking chair to be held for the rest of the feeding.
