A child was observed asleep in a bouncer seat during inspetion at nap. The child removed during inspection and placed on a mat. There was not a mat out for the child during the initial walk through.

During inspection the two year old room was observed to not have a hand washing sink in the diaper changing area for children over the age of 18 months old. There was not a sink for the caregiver to wash hands either after a diaper change.
