A follow up was conducted on this day. During walk thru a bottle of household cleaner was found in the Toddler Two's room during naptime with children waking up. A bottle of hand sanitizer was within children's reach on a desk in the Toddler Three's class. These were corrected at inspection when the caregiver removed them.
