The outdoor area play equipment contained mildew and standing water inside of the play equipment. The play equipment was observed to have broken sharp pieces. Ant piles were observed in the playground grass areas being used by children in care. Rodent droppings were observed in the bottom drawer of the restroom utilitzed by children in care. The droppings were cleaned and removed from the bottom of the drawer at inspection. There was cleaning supplies and conditioner in the bottom cabinets that was accessible to children in care. This was corrected at inspection once the items were removed and stored away from children.
