The other caregiver was focused on updating the parent application and engaging with two children at a table and was not actively aware to intervene when children were playing inside two un-used shelves that children pinched their fingers with swaying them side to side. Other children were repeatedly playing and jumping on the stacked nap mats without prompt intervention. And another child placed a piece of hard plastic in their mouth without intervention.
