Hire dates 08/14/2023, 08/21/2023 and 08/23/2023; one caregiver who supervises children under 24 months did not have verification they completed Sids/Shaken Baby and Brain Development Training. The director had completed 30 clock hours of their annual training on/before 07/29/2023.
