There were two trash cans located in the restrooms that did not have lids placed on them. The trash cans had dirty diapers, dirty toilet paper, and other items placed in them. Note: The caregiver in one room placed the lid on the trash can in their restroom. The other trash can lid was needing to be replaced, so the trash can was quickly replaced with a new trash can and lid for the other restroom.
