Cleaning supplies were stored under the sink in the kitchen where children could have accessed the area. Also a can of lysol was out in the toddler room in reach of children. This was corrected at inspection when the cleaning supplies were moved to a secure location and the lysol was moved out of reach of children.

An opening in the bottom perimeter of the playground fence was observed to be an entanglement or strangulation hazard to children in care. Children's bedding was observed to be stored stacked on top of one another creating a cross contamination situation. This was corrected at inspection when all bedding was placed in sperate plastic bags preventing the spread of germs.

A 3 year old child was observed in a high chair, unbuckled and who exceeded the weight limit according to manufactuer instructions. This was corrected at inspection when the child was removed from the highchair.
