The climbing structure was observed to have several spots where the metal was rusting and the protective covering was peeling away from the stairs and platform. The boarder around the climbing structure is broken in several places causing sharp edges. Note: The director and caregiver blocked the entire climbing structure and loose fill area off until they can get it repaired. This brought it into compliance during my inspection.
