On 03/22/2022 the Infant B classroom with a specified age group (SAG) of 12-17 months old was over ratio by five infants, the child to caregiver ratio was 10:1. On 03/23/2022 and 03/24/2022 the Infant B classroom with a SAG of 12-17 months was over ratio by three children, the child to caregiver was 8:1. On 03/22/2022 the Infant A and EPS classrooms were over ratio. The Infant A classroom with a SAG of 12-17 months had a child to caregiver ratio of 12:1. The EPS classroom with a SAG of 2 years old was over ratio by seven, they had a child to caregiver ratio of 18:1.

The caregivers did not demonstrate good judgment when leaving off four children that were on the a.m. open preschool class after splitting them into the preschool/pre-k class. This oversight led to this classroom having an inaccurate list of children for name to face checks.
