During a DFPS Investigation, it was determined that the two caregivers did not provide the required supervision necessary to ensure the safety of a child in care. A child was able to exit the operation, leave the property and was unaccounted for over an hour. The child was located by Law Enforcement more than two miles from the operation. The caregivers did not have physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of this child.

A former employee was left alone in care of children with INACTIVE status. Primary caregiver departed Wednesday 02/08/2023 and is scheduled to return on Monday 02/13/2023. All the children were picked up during the inspection and former employee left the premises.

There were (4) infants 0 to 17 months old, (3) 18 months old to two years old, and (2) four-year-old children in care. Operation should only have six children in care during this inspection. Corrected during the inspection when parents picked up all the children in care because person in care of the children did not have a background check.
