During the monitoring inspection, medication for children enrolled at the operation was observed. There were two children's Epi Pens that were expired. One Epi Pen expired 8/25/2025 and the other Epi Pen expired 11/2025. I spoke with the director about sending the expired medication home with the childrens parents.
