Several of the infant playyards contained matresses that were not designed by the manufactuer, causing the mattress to not fit snugly in the playyard. This was corrected at inspection when the mattresses were removed from the playyards. One infant crib had a loose fitted sheet causing the sheet to bunch up on the mattress. This was corrected at inspection when the sheet was changed to a snug fitted sheet.

The seats on the dining table were leaning and need to be leveled. There was standing water in the pots by the front door. Outlet covers were missing in several rooms, these were replaced during the inspection.
