During the follow-up inspection it was observed that an infant in the 11-17 month old classroom crawled into another classroom and their caregiver was not aware that they had left. Child care regulation inspector observed this and brought it to the attention of the caregiver. The infant was brought back into their classroom after a few seconds.

During the follow-up inspection it was observed that the operation had dried urine on the bottom of some of the toilets, the seats of some of the toilets, dirt and other residue on their bathroom's floors, dust and build up on the vents throughout the operation, and garbage all over the playground, in addition to an overflowing garbage can on the playground.
