The following hazards were observed in the backyard: 1. There were several piles of wooden boards with nails protruding that needs to be removed. 2. There was a grill sitting in the middle of the backyard. (The grill was moved during the inspection). 3. The water hose was not put away & posed as a tripping hazard. 4. There was a headboard leaning against the house. 5. There was a chicken coop sitting on the concrete area and there were piles of wood, window screens, & other items piled on top of it. 6. There were various household & yard chemicals sitting out & accessible to children. 7. The air conditioner unit did not have a barrier to prevent access to children. 8. There was overgrown grass & weeds. Leaves that needs to be cleaned up. This needs to be mowed to eliminate hazards that cannot be seen.
