Information related to physical activity is included with this inspection report. In the outdoor play area several safety hazards were observed. The bottom of the tin wall had areas of rust and areas of holes. A structure in the play area had a rusted pool where a child can be injured in the accessible area. A wooden structure was observed on the playground that had rotting wood and also was an unstable structure. Pictures were taken to document.
