Observed a volunteer at the operation without a cleared background check. I spoke to the operartion regarding having a background checks put in for anyone who will be volunteering all day in a teacher role. The volunteer was asked to leave during the inspection. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC ?42.078.

There was expired albuterol in the operations medication box. I explained to the person in charge that they should check the medication periodically to ensure they do not have expired medication.
