In another classroom two caregivers stated that they had 6 children but had 5 children. In a third classroom two caregivers did not know how many children they had. One caregiver stated that there were 6 kids, the other teacher said 8 kids and there were only 7 children in the room.

There was an outdoor playground that is not currently being used but is part of the capacity that had piles of items that were needing to be thrown away like old toys. There were also metal steaks that hold the border of the playground together that were sticking up and could be a tripping hazard. I spoke with the director regarding these concerns.

Observed a caregiver in the bathroom changing diapers, another child was in the hallway under the small slide. The caregiver could not visably see the child as there is a wall between where the caregiver was and the child. The child had access to the hallways which lead to outside and other parts of the operation. This was corrected when the child went back into the bathroom.
