In two different classrooms there were cans of lysol that were within reach of children. I one of the rooms there was a bottle of spray hand sanitizer within reach of children. This was all corrected at the time of the inspection by the caregivers putting the materials in an area that were not accessible to children.

Upon entering the 2mo-12mo old room there was a caregiver on her cell phone while supervising 3 children. This was corrected at the time of the inspection by the caregiver putting her phone away.
