A toilet in the toddler classroom was had not been flushed or sanitized after used. A pair of soiled clothes were found in the restroom. This was corrected at inspection when caregiver sanitized the toilet and placed the soiled clothes in the bag. The soiled clothes were placed in unused cubby out of the children' reach.
