The operation has a structure with a slide in the toddler room. The slide was observed cracked with clear tape however slide should not be used because the taped area is a weak spot. The legs of the structure were loos and not screwed in. Corrected during inspection. Entire structure was removed from the toddler room and placed in a storage close out of reach of children.
