During an inspection 8 children, ranging in age from 10 months to 3 years of age were observed sitting in floor-sized highchairs. Caregiver stated the children were placed in the highchairs to prevent them from running around and upsetting the other caregiver. This was corrected when the Designee was asked to remove the children from the chairs.
