It was observed that children in the care of 2 caregivers were out of control. Children were observed running with stick candy in their mouths, climbing on tables, throwing liquid soap and various other objects at each other, pushing and hitting one another, playing in water fountains, and jumping from the cafeteria stage without proper redirection.

The operation was observed to have 48 children ages 4-10 years old in one group for over 30 minutes exceeding the maximum group size allowed. The children were seperated into two groups during the inspection.

It was observed that 48 children in care were not being adequately supervised by two caregivers. Children were observed hiding out of sight, running in unsupervised hallways, plugging in cell phone chargers, using personal cell phones without content supervision and crawling into an unsupervised kitchen area. Caregivers were asked to regain control before licensing left the operation.
