Observed one play structure with loose fill surfacing not meeting the proper 6 inches of depth in surfacing for a structure that was atleast 5ft of height. Although a white mark on slide post under slide of requeired surfacing was observed, the surfacing was observed underneath and behind the slide, and not in the required use zone of the slide.
