This was corrected at inspection as the caregiver took the children back to the infant class that had an additional caregiver to helps supervise the children.

Two nails were protrudint from one wood board in the fence. There is a concrete block on the playground. A space heater was observed being used without a safegaurd to prevent access to the children.
