Moreover, once the caregiver arrived at the operation and left the van with the victim still in, the caregiver did not have any physical proximity or auditory or visual awareness of the victim for the victim's safety and well-being after leaving the van. As a result, the victim was left in the van for 3 hours with soiled clothes.
