Based on the information provided during a DFPS investigation there is sufficient evidence supervision was not met. Follow-up inspection completed on 05/17/24 was completed. For the abuse and neglect investigation staff were reminded to walk around when supervising children. During the inspection children were left alone outside when the staff went to answer the door for a parent and CCR.

Staff did not demonstrate good judgment when they allowed an 8 year old child to play with other YMCA children. The 8 year old is not enrolled at the YMCA. The 8 year old's parents were not in the gym area where the YMCA staff and children were.
