This standard was found deficient as part of a DFPS investigation. It was determined that a caregiver did not use a baby bouncer per manufacturer?s instructions. Instructions state to only use for a child who is unable to walk or climb out of product. Evidence shows that the child was able to walk and was further seen to be able to knock the bouncer to the floor while sitting in it.
