During the walkthrough of the home I observed cleaning supplies in an unlocked cabinent in the restroom accessible to children, I oberved a BIC lighter and candle on a shelf above the toilet. In the backyard I observed 2 water tables with standing water a toy wheelbarrow with standing water, I observed a broken fence board. I also observed a dead garden snake on the patio as well as a hook hanging from a gate that could possibly cause a hanging hazard. A can of off spray on a table I observed a filing cabinet tip when opened.

During the inspection I observed a BB gun on a bookshelf. The applicant also had a pocket knife on the waistband of their pants. This was corrected when the applicant placed the BB gun outside of the home, in the garage where children do not have access to and removed the pocket knife.
