When asked later for the individual ages to determin specified age group(SAG), the caregiver then stated the youngest in care was 4mo and the oldest was 20 months. In the prek room. The caregiver stated the children were 3-5yrs. When asked for individual ages of children to determin SAG, the caregiver stated there were 10-15 3yr olds in care and 5 5yr olds. Staff present continuned to provide in consistent information on the ages of children in their care. One caregiver stated there were no 5yr olds in care.
