Based on video footage obtained, one staff member was observed grabbing an infant in an aggressive manner when she moved the infant from one area to the carpeted area and quickly turned the infant's body to the mirrored shelf. The staff grabbed the infant?s left arm in attempt to prevent the child from maneuvering from placement.
