During the walkthrough I observed a loose water hose on the playground. I observed broken concrete/bricks in the children's playground area. Corrected: When the maintenance representative properly wrapped the water hose up and removed the bricks from the playground area.

A pond in the play area for children does not have a barrier to prevent access to children. The pond is 2-3 feet high, enclosed in brick and a child could easily climb into it. All bodies of water must be inaccessible to children.
