The caregiver inappropriately picked another child up by her arm, shoulders and her hair to get her to sit against a wall outside. The caregiver threw a shoe at a child, and the caregiver put the child?s shoe in the garbage can as well.

Another caregiver failed to appropriately intervene in response to the escalating aggression which led to the abuse of two children in care.

Another caregiver exhibited poor judgment when she failed to intervene appropriately (e.g., by failing to alert other operation staff or verbally confronting her coworker for her abusive behaviors in the moment) during a disciplinary issue at the facility.
