During the walk through I observed a caregiver leaving the younger toddler classroom to wash children's hands. The classroom had two caregivers with thirteen children. The specified age group was tweny-one months and the ratio was one to nine. The caregiver was observed taking one child at a time to wash there hands, leaving the other caregiver by herself with twelve children. The caregiver was observed doing this two times before i intervened. This was corrected during the inspection when i informed the caregiver that she was leaving the other teacher out of ratio. A third caregiver stepped in and helped the children was there hands.

Toddler children were observed walking around with training cups and a toddler was observed falling asleep in a crib with a bottle in there hand. This was corrected during the inspection when i observed the caregiver removing the child from the crib and placing him at the table to finish his bottle and I observed the caregiver taking the children's training cups and putting them in the children bag.
