Based on the information obtained during the investigation conducted by DFPS it was determined that there were five infants being supervised by one caregiver. Based on the information obtained the caregiver was supervising two four-month-olds, one three-month-old and one fourteen-month-old. The other infants age was undetermined however according to minimum standards the specified age group would be four months.
