The brown unit had 2 inches of depth on one side of the unit and 0 inches on the other side. The large climber has a 12 inches of pea gravel directly under the slide and less than an inch of pea gravel around the rest of the unit.

A red climbing car on the large playground has two tires that have come loose and have exposed screws. A Little Tykes slide on the smaller playground has a brace underneath that is not secured, causing the unit to rock. A brown climber on the large playground has a cracked area on the platform. There are numerous pieces of a new climbing unit being stored on the playground that children could potentially climb on and be injured.
