One toddler room had visible dirt around the changing table mat. The school age room had two holes in the wall, paint chipping, light switch was loose, and the carpet was fraying in several spots. Note: Pictures were taken of the doors, door frames, holes in the walls, carpet fraying, and paint chipping. Video was taken of the loose light switch. The doors were cleaned during my inspection.
