At the time of the inspection a bouncing 4 person see saw type toy was observed with no loose fill underneath the structure. Director stated this would be removed from the playground.

At the time of inspection there was a lighter, large tree limbs, pecans and various debri throughout the outdoor activity space. There was also a large ant pile with live ants in the midldle of the yard. Additiionally, the outdoor activity space currently utilizes squares of artificial turf to cover the yard. Multiple sections of the turf are bunched up at the corners posing a trip hazard and preventing a uniform surfacing level. There is also a loose step at the bottom of the wooden staircase that needs to be secured as well as the exposed pointed edge of a section of the chain link fence on the left side of the building.
