Several low hanging limbs obstructing the outdoor play areas. A skate ramp was observed in the outdoor area that is hazard to children in care. A large opening in the chain link fence was observed, making it easy for children to wander off the premises. A low platform in the outdoor play area was observed to have several tripping hazards around the perimeter.
